The factory is on the MD/WV border.
We're looking to replace an intermediate level mold blower who transferred to the Vermont shop. Second shift, from 3:30 to midnight.
Its good blue-collar work with great benefits.
Feel free to PM me for more details.

I am interested in how much something like that pays. Not that I am giving up on my day I am just truly interested in what a 8 hour shift, 5 days a week, commands on the pay scale of things.

SP runs an incentive program. The more first rate pieces you make, the bigger your paycheck.
A team leader can pull down 45 to70 a year, but no promises.

That is not bad at all. Very interesting thanks for getting back.

They had a reputation of using up young glassworkers arms and elbows in Vt.

I'm not gonna lie its a heavier work load than most on this forum can handle. My teammate and I crank out between fifty and seventy pieces a day.
Historically, art students fresh out of college burn out or quit in a fit. There are no hipster glassblowers in Oakland, Maryland.
Like I said, its good blue collar work.
