What is a residency Program?

What is a residency Program? If you have a studio or some equipment or can afford to rent studio time every so often, why do you need a residency program. What is the intention of a residency program? What do you do in a residency program?

Charles I have sent u a ton of e-mails, glad u are back.

I dont think this is for me , it seems to be for someone in Canada who can apply to do their residency in CCA in Trinidad. I would be willing to do a colaboration with you but I dont know what Collaborate means. I dont do drugs, go out with strange men or women and do other kinky thing. Other than that, I can Collaborate for a short time.
Sometimes it is difficult to get info from local people here.
