Help I forgot the borax

I forgot to add the borax before I melt the glass. Can I add some now and stir it a bit. 15lb pot only. Pls say yes.

For this pot of glass, cords will not be a problem but will the cords make stress in the finished product. If there is a finished product.

I would just continue on without it.

The expansion will be roughly the same and it will just melt down a bit slower, as well as the cords issue.
