Very nice, Steve and the crew.
It's about time.
Jack it up and put it on a cinder-block pad.
You should be able to sell a lot of those puppies.

How do you replace the pot?

Will it melt batch overnight?

Turn around time for getting one.

Brent you do not look like your usual self in the picture. Now I am wondering if someone stole your identity at GAS last year.
Good loking furnace. Is that the transformers to power it on the side?

Pot change is through the roof, the crown can be handled with two people (one if you are beefy, it could probably be done in four hours.

It will melt batch overnight.

Delivery 30 days from full upfront payment.

How big is the port opening? And, KW/24hrs? Or estimated costs to run this furnace?

10" gathering port, we estimated around 2000-2500kwh per month to run.

correction, 8" gathering port, toying with making it a ten.

And yes Franklin that is me, you might need to get new glasses. ;)

sorry to keep after you, but what is the width and depth of the crucible and are you able to gather to the bottom with the 8" opening? I have a little furnace with an 8" port and it is difficult to get to the bottom for a clean out.

Doug, we plan all of our gear so that you can look right to the bottom-center of the crucible so that cleaning the pot (14 inches in this case, 11" deep) is easy.

I don't know why I ask that, of course you do.
