What is the experience of non-North Americans ordering from US glass suppliers?

Following on my post about books and DVDs, I find that some of the recommended DVDs are not sold by Amazon.

Which suppliers have proven to be timely and reliable with overseas orders?

Any European suppliers with good prices?

Getting things from the US for me is like heaven. You order it and it arrives a few months later. I find the business people in the US more honest that some other countries. My good luck??? I dont know.
