We're looking for glass sinks for some of the spaces in our new art center. It's for the executive directors office and the conference room. We wanted a piece of work from and american artist and I was wondering if anyone here made sinks or if you knew of anyone that did.
Thanks
Rick

Hi Charles!
yep, I knew it was @ Cliff's place.....wasn't sure of WHO it was there, I sort of thought it was his team that made'em....what's the name of the resturant down by the piers that has them in there....it's beside Ivar's, I'm drawng a blank on the name...

Third Degree Glass in St. Louis, MO.,Jim McKelvey makes them and also the twisted faucets spouts that go with them, They have them hooked up with the automatic eyes to turn on the water when you place your hands under the faucet. Lots of fused and slumped sionk makers on the WarmGlass.com board. Patty Gray is one of the first that comes to mind as she's been teaching sink making workshops for quite a few years.

I saw a video not long ago that they got them close to size and then put them down over what I can only call a 1/2 hemisphere wet paper covered mold. Letting gravity and the weight of the class finish out the shape.
I found it interesting that was how they where getting the final product.
