Has anyone else seen the impressive period glass on Game of thrones and who is making them

Sorry to sound "geek"like but the wine glasses used in King's Landing are much better. They have great detail. I am a sick glass person. I noticed the goblets before the scene that was going on.

I haven't heard who is doing the goblets in the video, but as a result of filming here in Northern Ireland my wife received a small commission last year to make a dozen small poison vials (flameworked). I don't know how they were used. We don't get HBO over here.

Well I noticed last season that the stuff they where using was from Juliska. I have always found the stuff they make really nice and seems that there is a ton of it for sale around here for some reason.

Mostly the tumblers and everything to do with it when the king was drinking.

I love the show and have noticed the glasses. Assumed they were plastic made in CHina

I find it so interesting that with all of the T&A in the show, blood and guts, pagentry and costume, that we focus on the glassware! We are indeed an unusual lot. :)

Thank you for that thought Doug! You made me laugh!
