Tom Philabaum in Tucson AZ is looking for a used 106 belt sander. Is there anything out there for sale?

I have an orange 106" Somaca. It does have some wear, and some rust. He would need to buy another 3M Platen, as this one was removed. I can provide him photos and particulars if he wants. I am in Utah, about a 11-12 hr drive from Tucson, if he wants to pick it up. I'd like $700. (Or, I'd trade for a "bigger" front opening kiln with side elements (to do casting). (or, trade for????).

Is that a pump in the tray? Never seen that.

Yes, they had a pump they installed.

This came from a local quartz manufacturer.

I was able to get some various pieces of equipment from when they locked up the facility in Utah: Wilt flat lap, Litton Glass Lathe, Pistorius glass saw, Zero sandblast cabinet with external dust collector, buckets of abrasive, boxes of graphite, torch, and a bunch of other cool tools and stuff.

I was also able to get some very nice custom "lazy susan" heavy duty tables for flameworking. Large graphite spinning tables. The table spins with foot action. It was a couple of fun days of a shopping spree.

I missed out on the annealing ovens. They had some very large casket (nichrome) style, and upright silicon carbide ovens. They tossed away dozens of custom flameworking benches with flameproof desktops. I ran out of room.

I had gallons of HF. (traded to a local university glassblowing lab, because I got afraid).

Tom found a different machine. He does not need this one. Anyone else want it?
