Be extremely careful with the Flex-Tec stuff. It used to recommend that you heat it up to apply it correctly. Heating it up makes it off gas something terrible and a couple of people I know ended up with some serious chemical poisoning and synthetic allergies long term because of the lack of PPE. The company ended up buying fully sealed suits with fresh air pumped into to them to continue using it for the rest of the that project. Could have been a one off issue, but I've stayed away ever since.

I've used clear lacquers poured into pieces with good success. Mostly lighting pieces that tended to be spheres. Made for easy interior coating.
