Vetro Glassblowing Studio Hiring

Vetro is currently looking for a full-time salary paid Glassblower with mid to upper level skills. Needs to have a good, outgoing personality and able to work well with our team. I am looking for someone who can manage and organize daily team studio operations with both public help create events, daily production schedules and large scale glass projects.

Our studio is located in the Historic District of Grapevine Texas. We have an onsite Gallery and an "Open Studio" environment so patrons are encouraged to watch the artists while we work. I am in need of a glassblower who can create seasonal items such as Christmas ornaments, flowers, bowls, hearts, pumpkins, etc. We also create larger pieces of work for Galleries as well as Installations and Chandeliers for clients. Please visit our Website Gallery to get a feel for the projects we work on. Needs to be punctual, dedicated, and interact well with the general public.

If you are interested, please e-mail me a brief resume as well as a sampling of your portfolio of works to: dgappa@vetroartglass.com

Vetro Glassblowing Studio, located in the historic district of Grapevine Texas, cultivates a team of glass artists who love working with molten glass. Vetro's primary focus is on large scale Installations, Chandeliers, and unique handblown or sculpted glass. In addition to creating fine art glass, Vetro artists enjoy educating the public about this ancient art form by allowing the general public to observe what the artists are creating.
