I hope you can catch one of those fuse eating gremlins during your rebuild.

The other day I actually watched the temperatures go from a finish melt temp of 2275 to squeeze at 1950. I donít ramp down Iíve always just set the temp and let it crash.
I wanted to see if the temperatures dropped so fast that it might have a problem stopping and just blow right past the 1950 and raddle the bussmann fuse.

FWIW...my furnace is a DIY 200lb Stadleman knock-off. I paid Steve 1500 bucks to help walk me through the diy build. It was a beautiful thing when I opened the door for the first time...
