Liability insurance?

Hey all,

Wondering what everyone does for liability insurance.

Just signed a lease on a new place (finally) and Landlord wants $3M in liability coverage.

A couple years ago I had about that for $650 a year. Now it's $1000.

Kicker is, there is a $10,000 deductible which ain't gonna work.

Who do you use?

See if the ACE still offers access to insurance. GAS may also have such access. CERF might.

I work out of a public-access studio so liability is mostly their problem. My business is an LLC, so that legally limits my personal liability.
