While I see no obit, I will indeed miss Jay in the grander scheme of this world

For those of you who don't know, Jay was a master gaffer at Steuben Glass for decades. He made that Trout leaping for the gold fly my dad got from Jack Warner of Warner Bros. Great Guy.

He did. COPD and no insurance. It was not a happy ending, begging for financial help.

I found Jay on the board . I got a chance later to meet him in person in stuben glass and I sat on his bench pretending to work in stuben. He was always so helpful sharing his glass hints.
