The anti-potato.

Using wood to create bubbles for texture.

Lamberts is one of only a handful of companies that produces sheet glass using the muff process.

Ahhh that makes sense. I just watched it again on my computer and that makes sense. I first saw this on my iPhone and thought it was a nasty color melt spewing clouds of death

I'm disappointed that no one has asked yet where you can buy a rectangular potato.

In a toothpaste tube dispenser.

Not sure if it's bubbles. It may be to create a reducing atmosphere to affect color.

Cool video either way.

Guy that I worked with at the factory in Portland said he once floated a McDonald's cheeseburger in one of the 1,500lb. day tanks. They watched in fascination how the component parts burned-off at different rates. I can't remember how long he said it took for it to stop burning, but it left a distinct square on the surface of the glass that wouldn't go away. They had to skim that part. Most likely the calcium from the "cheese."
