Both of those are way less matted and grungy that what I was dealing with. Probably argue less too.

Batch Kitty almost never did anything. No bathing. We found her asleep in abag for a staple gun nearly frozen one morning and we left out some water which it eventually drank. Then food. Wash rinse repeat. Eventually it moved under the furnace where it remained for two years eating drinking, it was very sick and beyond care. Finally it went outside and ate grass and then fell asleep in the driveway where it was inadvertently run over. That did it.

The parrots mostly died in a ventilation failure accident. They had open cages but did not go. They died of CO poisoning. The greenwings were OK, down at the house. The failure was short, about three hours but more than enough for anyone who wants to think exhaust isn't important.

Driveway naps are a notorious.

CO's sneaky, not surprised they didn't make a break for it. Our grey managed to make it to a better home, hopefully. Warned them what they were getting into. I had little love for the antics of that bird, and the person that wanted it didn't have the patience to train it.

There was a squirrel that managed to bridge the main 440 lines to one my old buildings. We thought a cannon went off, good reminder of what amps can do.

They're jerks like that. Supposedly if you actually raise them they can be quite affectionate, second hand they're just awful room mates. I have a knack for animals befriending me when I have little interest in them, while ignoring or despising the person that wants the attention. This little ****er would let me hold it and pet it, while biting the shit out of the person that bought it. Still owes me rent money for that one. No, it's not a sore subject.
