Fenton Molds for Sale

I received the following email from George Fenton. It is a huge number of the Fenton blow, press, etc. molds for sale. He also sent a spread sheet with the pricing and discount schedule. If anyone is interested in the spread sheet please email me and I will forward it to you. The links below will take you to photos of every mold that is for sale. The pics are something to behold. His email below.
Henry

Fenton Gift Shops is selling the majority of the Fenton Art Glass moulds; almost 10,000 moulds that include those made by Fenton plus moulds purchased from McKee, Imperial, Quality, Chicago Art Glass, LG Wright, Indiana, Davis Lynch, Beaumont, Fostoria, Verlys and others. The moulds include gift, lighting and some industrial items. The links below will take you to files with the Fenton mould pictures including crimps and optic moulds. I think a number of the blow moulds and optics would be of interest to individual studios.

Lots of questions. Does anyone know the answers??
  • Does anyone know how George intends to sell them?
  • Is it another auction, or is it first-come first-served?
  • When does the selling start?

I sent George an email asking him to respond. I don't want to post his email without permission.

Upload of list not possible

I tried to upload the zip file of the mold list with pricing but it is too big. If you're interested in getting the list email me. hhalem at glassnotes. com
George Fenton asked me to post it to anyone interested.
