I just ran into this website. I don't know who this is but the guy looks very virile.

I have seen other pieces out there but, nothing as nice and as reasonable in price

It *might* be easy to defeat in court, but that doesn't mean cheap. Post your pics!

I plan on this being a big part of my business. I don't have the $$$ to fight that shit!

I still await any contributions toward establishing PRIOR ART records from CraftWEB members. We need records, not recollections. We need affidavits with documentation, notarized for validity. Ads or published articles are great as they are in the public domain.
Based on what we have found, Items 1 and 16, of the Patent claims, are subject to PRIOR ART disclosure.

Somethings we have found

1. Screenshot of
https://web.archive.org/web/20101221...com/Cremation-
Urn-Glass-Globes-c37.html

2. Screenshot of
https://web.archive.org/web/20090704...0/ourcreations.

3. https://web.archive.org/web/20111007...s.com/orbs.asp

4. Copy of published U.S. Patent Application No. 2010/0199476
5. Copy of published U.S. Patent Application No. 2009/0089988

See attachments.

It would be great to include documentation from other sources!!!!

This will probably get us off the hook but that does NOT solve the problem for everyone else. If you want to solve the problem, you need to step up! This is not a free lunch post.

I think you need to define "contributions" Bud. If you need substantive proof of existence, that's one thing and you need to refine your needs there to explicit stuff. If you mean cash, I think you are likely to be disappointed.

Need Written statements as previously requested

Per Pete's request: This is what we need to fight the patent Claims:

Please read the entire thread for my request for supportive documentation;
We need written / Notarized statements for Cremains Art Glass producers to establish:
1. They have produced Cremains infused Hot Glass artworks PRIOR to NOV 2010. Please be specific about the creation of spirals and the shape of your works and INCLUDE a representative photo. Your written statement can follow the previously document style PDF, see previous post to download.

2. Provide copies of Screenshots with the link for advertising and or their website for Cremains infused hot glass artworks PRIOR to NOV 2010.
Use Wayback machine ( archive.org/web/) to generate the information. Use "Screen Print" to create a document. Be sure to include the links to the original.

3. If advertisements were in the public domain, PRIOR to NOV 2010, please provide copies with dates of publication and distribution.

Remember that all documents and statements need to be notarized for proof of source of the information. This is how you can assist everyone in the effort to confront the Patent holders claims.
