What Franklin was doing

In all this time, teaching Franklin by internet, I don't think we've ever seen what he did with what he learned and whether it created a business in Trinidad, or just a passion. I understand both but when I look at the kids on the docks making paintings with aerosols for arriving tourists. I'm curious.

Franklin, what has all this coughed up?

I don’t feel I have much of anything of beauty to show but I will dedicate my entire progress to Pete and the board. My eternal gratitude. My pieces may not look nice but the camaraderie and beautiful people I met on the board was worth it.
In the haste to answer Pete I most likely forgot to mention someone. I thank you all.
My son in law is a PhD student in AI and he found this site where I can post my story with lots of pictures. Here is the link to it. Copy and paste . It takes you directly to the story. No signing up necessary. Editing the story on the site is not easy but I will clean up later. Forgive me for the random and overbearing pic size etc.

Seem like you can click it here
Hope it works

but Franklin,

There's no photos of you down at the docks doing spray paint pictures for tourists.

Only one of five browsers I tried showed the photos, and they all were heavily blurred like this.

That's some very good stuff, Franklin! I do like your artistic approach, particularly the glass faucets. Skills-wise, you've done exceptionally well for self-taught.

Very good Franklin. My wife and I have a few pieces of glass that you have made and they are the most precious of all. Franklin's story is amazing. Keep up the good work.

Figured out the issue; that site doesn't work with VPNs. Great looking work, Franklin!

Thanks for all the encouragement. I can blow glass better than spray paint.
Opening beer bottles may be good competition for the spray painters.
I can paint my bottles but they can’t shape the bottles.
But where are these tourist? I am waiting.
I was wondering about what happened to you getting the site open Rich. Glad you solved the problem.

Did somebody say doubles? I'll take my doubles with slight pepper, and channa, washed down with a mango flavored Solo drink.

Consider me impressed, Franklin. That was a delightful glimpse into what you have been up in the time (over two decades now?) that I remember you frequenting this, and other boards. You have persevered against great odds, and it's fun to see your unique aesthetic.

One of these days, I need to make it back to the island to remember my Trini days!

Next, I'm hoping to see pictures of a howler monkey that you have trained to bring you punties. Could be less problematic than most assistants, or so I hear.
