We have 12 inches now, should get 6-8 more, still have power and still have DirecTV. I set up the generac yesterday afternoon, filled the firewood charger and brought the tractor up to be ready to plow. Raking the roof on MB's studio later in the morning.
And two days ago, I was looking at how well the strawberries are waking up.

We got about .5” of snow I here in Rhode Island. Boy, it was windy last night though. My studio is fine.

six hours on the tractor. About 16 inches for today. The strange part was the end where if you drove over the stuff three times, it turned to a slippery ice the tractor couldn't handle on a grade so you had to get in and then out. Doing the horse paddock is all uphill and I could not get up without getting a bunch of the last few days manure in a steaming mass of decomposition. It looked like hot asphalt coming off the piles which I spread up the hills, instantly melting the icy stuff. Yet another day learning how to cope up here.
It made them very happy to have a place to walk around . I live to serve.
