New Michigan studio.... looking for parts/material

Well I'm happy to say that I'm setting up a new shop. This one will be 20 minutes from my home in contrast to my old shop that was 1-2 hours away depending on traffic and weather. I put 175k on my prius in 4 1/2 years!
I'm wondering if anyone in or near southeastern michigan has any combustion parts (hi lo pressure switch, selenoid valves, programmable controller, hi limit controller, ect), 2600 brick, exhaust fan and or louvers 2" gas shutoff valve that I can connect to a big RED panic button for emergency running out the door use. (《----never to be used ,fingers crossed) that they want to sell or bequeath to a great new studio or other studio items I'm not thinking of right now.

Thanks
Philip

I would consider selling a never used Correll recuperator

for 3K, never used for up to a 340 lb pot. I just don't need it.

Hi Philip,
if that 300 lb doesnt work out or seems too big, I have a used MU 200 or (180 or 250 lb pot) with eclipse burner /variable speed blower with recupertor system for sale. Im getting out of the propane and would like to sell it. If interested, let me know and I can tell me you more about it.

Jordan, I too have the 28 inch square furnace where the pot comes out the front. It has a brand new crown, brand new front place and correll recuperator available very reasonably. It would take redoing the left wall to accommodate the recuperator and does not have a burner system, being a convert from Moly, but it's really reasonable. That holds a 435 28 inch pot.

Philip,

I may have some of what you need. I am parting out the elements of a Correll designed and built Auto Control System/Furnace Safety System. This system is still working for a Recuperated nat. gas pot furnace in my studio. Haven't run the furnace in a year and I will probably scrap out the furnace as a complete re-build is needed which I will not be doing. Retirement right around the corner.

” adjustable Bias Proportionator Valve - $ 50.00
Protectofier Box (Integrates UV Scanner flame safety/solenoid/etc. -
$ 200.00
” Gas Solenoid Valve - $ 40.00
PCII UV Scanner w/ ” flexible Metal Conduit Connector - $40.00
Heat Seal Assembly w/ Magnifying Lens - $30.00
High/Low Gas Pressure Switch - $ 60.00
High/Low Air Pressure Switch - $25.00

well, I can now say my furnace which holds a 28 inch pot now has a full safety burner system to go with the recuperator, new crown and front plate . It loads the pot out the front. I'll likely sell it for about 7K

Philip,
I've got a complete new FireEye flame safety control complete with; ignition, purple peeper (UV scanner), and solenoid. I also have new Honeywell main high pressure gas valve and a new Honeywell Modulating motor to run it from your controller. If interested let me know... It's all in a box, on a shelve, under the stairs. I'm on the other side of building additional equipment today, all my extra stuff needs to find a forever home.

Thanks for the reply. I would like a 2nd furnace at some point. How much are you asking?

Philip
