ramp rates

What is a safe ramp rate up and down the work temp, batch temp, cook temp, squeeze temp and back to working temp? I've been going as fast as the furnace will allow but have wondered if that is to hard on the pot.

Do you need an address to send the check to? If I have to tell you a second time what to do it's really going to cost you...
